Emergency Responders Address Calls for Help
EMA’s team of emergency responders is ready to assist customers who click on their safety wristbands, providing help around the clock!
Emergency Responders
When a customer asks for help by clicking on their safety wristband, EMA’s emergency responders spring into action. Upon receiving the alert, the call centre assesses the situation and assigns the task to an emergency responder. The emergency responder then visits the customer to address the situation.
Upon arrival, they may find a customer who has fallen or is in need of other kind of assistance. The patient’s condition and need for care are evaluated. If necessary, the emergency responder calls an ambulance or requests additional assistance to help the individual.
Emergency responders are equipped with a comprehensive selection of tools for the task at hand. These include basic first aid supplies, a lifting device, as well as equipment to measure body temperature, saturation, blood sugar levels, and blood pressure.
