Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic (Tampere)
EMA Finland Ltd. is a growing private emergency medical care service company that provides services for different clients such as Tuomi Logistics. We are strengthening our Tampere branch with new temporary staff members. We are looking for individuals capable of independent and teamwork and offer a good and comfortable working environment.
The beginning of employment can be individually negotiated, with a preference for a quick start. A degree suitable for emergency medical care work is required.
WHAT WE OFFER

At an assigned station, work is divided between the team with 3 rotating shifts, 8 to 13 hours per shift, every day of the year. Our stations are conveniently located, and you can influence which station you will be assigned to.
Our salary is based on the private emergency care service collective agreement, depending on previous work experience.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM OUR APPLICANTS
A valid B-class driver’s license, normal physical condition, and a degree suitable for emergency medical care work, such as a degree as an emergency medical technician or a paramedic. It’s also possible to be employed with a practical nurse or registered nurse degree if your studies related to emergency medical care have commenced.
Previous experience in emergency care is valued but not mandatory. The desire to learn and motivation to develop as a professional in the field are essential.

Emergency Responder – Temporary Work (Pirkanmaa)
EMA Finland – Healthcare Pioneer is Hiring Emergency Responders!
Our growing company is looking for employees capable of independent work! We are hiring two (2) emergency responders for temporary work in Pirkanmaa. While the work of an emergency responder is independent, strong communication and customer service skills are highly valuable. At your station, you will be part of a small but highly skilled team of professionals.
WHAT WE OFFER
In addition to an excellent work atmosphere and diverse tasks, we provide an opportunity to influence your work shifts and to develop your professional skills through various training programs. Work is conducted 24/7, every day of the year, in 8–12-hour shifts. As a temporary worker, you can determine how many hours you work per month, as our temporary employment contracts are open-ended with minimum of 0 hours of work per month.
